This is my third time coming here, and I was told they changed the falafel recipe. You can really tell! They have more herbs and a hint of lemon, which makes them much fluffier inside. They were incredible. I definitely recommend them to all falafel lovers. Don't miss out!

We ordered the chicken shawarmas and falafel meal, and everything was fantastic. We’re staying nearby, but I wouldn’t hesitate to drive across the island to eat here. The guy serving us also made the experience awesome with his charismatic personality. We’ll be back soon!

We ordered the shrimp plate and chicken shawarma for take out. The food was fresh with delicious. flavors. They served large portions, we could have shared one plate. I would definitely stop here if you can!

I had the Chicken Shawarma Plate. It came with rice, Hummus and salad. The presentation was beautiful, colorful intentionally appealing. The flavors were amazing. The chicken was tender and had bold flavor. The Hummus had great texture, flavor and screamed homemade. The salad was a great Brite bite with a vinaigrette dressing. This is a great place to eat and worth the beautiful drive to Haiku.

The gyro sandwich was so huge I had to eat it with a fork because it was too full to pick up. The sandwich was amazing. There was plenty of parking in the shopping area where this food truck is located, not a huge amount of seating, as they share the seating area with several other food trucks. The baba ganoush (sp?) was really good too. It's definitely worth the drive to eat here

I’m hooked on this place! I’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu, and my top picks are the Gyro Platter with garlic sauce, the Falafel Sandwich, the Greek Salad, and the Baba Ganoush—that pita bread is seriously addictive! The food is always fresh and full of flavor, the staff is super friendly, and the place just keeps getting better, with a cool vibe and chill music. Can’t recommend it enough!

The food is amazing! It’s so great to find a fellow Lebanese person here in Maui. Sam is the most friendly, excellent host! The food is authentic, homemade, fresh and delicious. Make sure you get the Toum (garlic whip), it’s the best I’ve had outside of Beirut! The falafel is donut shaped, which is the most authentic! It was so good we came back twice. 10/10!
